Better Connected 2009
The Society of IT Managers (Socitm) performs an annual review of all council websites. Partner councils performed well in the 2009 assessment, but it also identified areas for improvement.
This annual survey conducted by the Society of IT Managers (Socitm) is the most comprehensive and authoritative external assessment of all council websites.
