The Olympic sailing and Paralympic sailing events will be hosted in Weymouth & Portland, Dorset for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

The London 2012 Olympic sailing and Paralympic sailing events offer a unique opportunity for individuals, businesses and communities in Dorset to get involved and celebrate the London 2012 Olympic Games.

The Olympic Torch Relay will be passing through Dorset in preparation for the 2012 Olympic Games. Dates, location and further information can be found on the Olympic Torch Relay page.

Weymouth and Portland Olympic sailing dates

The Olympic sailing in Weymouth and Portland will take place from Sunday 29 July - Saturday 11 August. There will be a total of 10 Olympic sailing events consisting of a series of races.

The Paralympic sailing events take place from Saturday 1 September - Thursday 6 September, there will be a total of 3 medal events.
