Swanage Library

Swanage Library is now open following an extensive refurbishment programme.

Dorset County Council has carried out a range of repairs and improvement works at the High Street building over the past six months, providing replacement windows, better access for all and a more energy-efficient heating system.

The library opened its doors again on Wednesday 15 June, and visitors will also be able to enjoy new self-service facilities, a larger area for children and young people on the ground floor and more public computers.

There is also a new disabled access toilet and baby change facilities.
