Dorset local authority workforce profiles

The Public Sector Equality Duty requires all local authorities to publish information which demonstrates they have paid due regard to the general equality duties in relation to its workforce. Producing this information provides the people and communities of Dorset with an accurate picture of the makeup of the workforce within each local authority. It allows us to consider how our activities as employers affect our staff with different protected characteristics. It also enables us to identify future work which will assist us in continuing to support our employees.
