UPDATE on the Draft Waste Plan and Draft Mineral Sites Plan - March 2016. 

The Minerals and Waste Planning Authority is currently finalising a series of reports that will provide a response to the comments made to the Draft Waste Plan and the Draft Minerals Sites Plan.

Subject to Member approval, further consultation is planned for May/June 2016.

For the New Waste Plan, this will include additional and preferred waste site allocations;

For the Mineral Sites Plan, there will be an update on aggregates provision together with the inclusion of a number of additional sites which may be proposed for allocation.
