  • For households unable to use wheelie bins, a year's supply of compostable sacks costs £31

Start dates

There are two start dates each year in April and September. Your bin will be delivered in time for your collections to start.

* If you are due to start using the new Recycle for Dorset collection service in July 2015, you need to pay by 28 February (opens in a new window) for a garden waste collection starting in July. You will pay £29 now and the full price on your first renewal in February 2016.

Pay by Direct Debit - you could win an iPad

If you set up an annual payment by Direct Debit, your service will renew automatically. We will also enter you into a draw to win an iPad.

If you make a one-off payment, you need to renew and pay by the date above.

You can still compost your garden waste at home or take it to a household recycling centre free of charge.

The garden waste we collect is recycled to produce compost.
